The Caring Light App offers valuable resources for individuals seeking guidance on caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia. This self-paced program features informative content and mindfulness practices to assist in managing the challenges associated with caregiving.

The educational curriculum addresses various aspects of caregiving that caregivers often find overwhelming, providing insights and exercises aimed at reducing stress levels.

The research-backed Caring Light curriculum draws from previous collaborations between Photozig, Inc. and Stanford University, involving prominent experts such as Dr. Gallagher Thompson and associates. Our aim is to equip families with essential skills through this curriculum, building on the positive outcomes observed in past caregiver studies.

This initiative received support from Award Number R44AG055209 from the National Institute on Aging.
